I requested a quote from 3 Companies for a section of railings and Stewart provided a price the following day, after a couple of email exchanges we had agreed the details and I gave Stewart the Job.
5 days later he delivered the railings fully painted and ready for fixing.
How refreshing to find a tradesman who actually does what he says and delivers great customer care.
I am still waiting to hear from the other companies.

Stewart has just finished a purpose made handrail to the steps in our back garden
He worked out the design submitted a very reasonable price and completed the installation to our complete satisfaction
He finished the works within a day and left us in a clean and tidy manner
As a result we have just asked him to manufacture a porch roof to our rear patio doors

Stewart has done an excellent job in removing our crumbling brick pillars and replacing them with iron posts, then rehanging our gates. He also extended the metal railings so cleverly that you can’t see where the old ones end and the new ones begin. A friendly and professional service, all done at a reasonable cost.

We had been looking for ages for someone to manufacture a coal chute to allow us to tip coal directly into our cellar. Someone suggested Stewart at Chapel Industrial Services and we haven’t looked back. Within 10 days Stewart had measured up, fabricated and installed a bespoke coal chute. Excellent job, excellent price and highly recommended. We’re happy and so is our coal man!

Stewart replaced some gateposts for us, re-hung the existing gates, and installed a side gate. It probably turned out to be a more difficult job than Stewart expected, but he wasn’t deterred and he has done a great job.
